OLD BUSINESS:
Trail clean-up cancelled this year - Butwhen you are riding this year please pick up any trash you find on the trail - we'll make this an all year project this year
Country Fest sign-up still available call Stephanie 874-6068 - leave name and number if you get answering machine --Remember this is our only money maker for the year
Wednesday May 14 Trail Brush and general clean-up at Don's for the Scavenger Hunt - Start time 5 pm _ bring nippers and brush cutters
Scavenger Hunt Saturday May 17 - Start time 10:30 - Pot luck at 11:30 - Scavenger ride to follow. Hot Dogs, Brats Pop supplied by the club - Open to everyone invite new people to come. Located on the Northwest corner of County Highway K and Double SS (2 miles north of Fall Creek and just south of the Eau Claire River. Parking located in the back field - just drive into driveway to field in back of trees - Bring chairs and Machines - Helmits required for Kids and highly recogmended for adults
New Business:
John is trying to get as many as possible to receive the newsletter by e-mail - if you have an e-mail address please share with John - will save the club 42 cents postage and the cost of paper.
Survey for the Family picnic in July. Picnic to move to Sunday afternoon - start 4:30/5 o'clock or keep on Monday nite with start time at 7 pm - Please vote on this as we have to get better participation to make this event worthwhile.
June 9 - Meeting at Country Fest grounds at 7 pm - not needed to bring ATV but if you wish feel free to bring your machine to check out the camping grounds if not sure or if you are doing parking for the first time
$100 donation to Eagle's Club for the use of building for Club Meeting
New membership list with telephone numbers and web address will be sent out each month of new members or changes of current members

This is our only money maker for the year and your help is needed to make this a success. We have been given extra times because our club has been so reliable in the past. We don't want to fall short on this important event for our club.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:
Chippewa Valley ATVer's have been in existence since March 1987 and presently has 80 Families (husband, wifes, kids) giving us a membership of 150-175 We serve Chippewa, Eau Claire and Dunn counties. Our dues are $12 .00 a year for a single or family. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Eagles Club in Hallie (across from Farm and Fleet). The meeting date or location may occassionally move for special events. Our mailing address is:
